Telo is an extraordinarily detail and process driven designer. With even the vaguest of direction Telo will always create a Design document that lays out the process, the thinking, the requirement for customer input, and the desired impact. In a fast moving environment with high uncertainty Telo is able to support customer facing PMs, and PM facing Devs. Telo is especially sensitive to the needs of the Developers who have to implement his designs and nearly always provides usable CSS to speed up the development process and ensure consistency.

I have had the pleasure of working with Telo during four years at Zyte, being part of the team that developed the customer facing application. I've always enjoyed working with Telo, he's a very easy-going person, he always takes everything and everybody into account and the work flows out. He played a key role into the development of our design system, creating innovative and modern UI component designs, which helped the company to move from and old application into a new fancy, modern and easy-to-use one. The user experience improved a lot after this. At the same time, I think Telo is a very effective and efficient designer. Any time we were struggling with something in the UI, Telo was able to bring up a better design solution in an incredible short amount of time. Telo is creative and innovative, I have enjoyed as well implementing the features he's designed, specially the ones that were challenging for us, like our big data tables, history events or graphs and stats. Telo is an amazing Web Designer and Developer... high level of attention to detail and methodically understands user-experience. During my tenure at AIM, Telo reported into me and build two new technical websites from scratch. What he did not know, he self taught himself quickly. A successful outcome was never an option!
